Stessa cosa vale per gli offerenti non paganti: chi acquista e poi non si fa vivo o non intende portare avanti la transazione riceverà un avviso offerente non pagante con feedback negativo. Nel caso l'utente "ricambi" in modo negativo il feedback (ovvio senza motivi visto che non vuole acquistare) ricevera' la segnalazione a ebay per la rimozione del suo feedback e la cancellazione del suo account. Ebay rimuove ed espelle gli utenti che contravvengono al regolamento emettendo feedback dannosi per pura "vendetta o ripicca" o contrari alle condizioni di vendita del venditore.(vedi abuso di feedback) ricordatevi che ebay non e' un gioco o un passatempo, ma un sito d'aste internazionale di alto livello. ogni abuso verra' segnalato con conseguente espulsione dell'utente per cosi' dire "vendicativo o poco serio" (a tele proposito verranno mantenuti nei nostri database tutte le mail (con relativi header che ne attestano l'autenticità) scambiate durante e dopo la chiusura di ogni asta per 90 giorni (come da regolamento) al fine di comprovare la nostra posizione e buona fede.
Per oggetti garantiti e/o dichiarati perfetti o funzionanti, e/o nuovi, i reclami /resi e rimborsi saranno emessi secondo le condiozni sotto riportate (leggere le condizioni di vendita sotto).
Noi non ci prendiamo gioco di nessuno, siamo seri, rispettosi, siamo qui per vendere e/o acquistare e dichiariamo tutto nello specifico e pretendiamo serietà e rispetto da tutti.
p.s. a causa di utenti poco seri son costretto a specificare quanto segue, in quanto io offro la massima serieta' e chiarezza e la esigo. il rilascio di feedback negativo non motivato o per motivi non veritieri o in caso di acquisto di mat.non testato (per vendetta) e' un abuso punito da ebay. Ogni feedback negativo dato a sproposito, senza motivazioni reali e vere e per sola vendetta, sopratutto per vendita di non testato che poi si rivela guasto verra' fatto rimuovere da ebay con conseguente sospensione del vostro account. le offerte per materiale non testato sono offerte a rischio e non si accettano feedback negativi in quanto viene dichiarato specificatamente che il materiale e' a rischio. per ogni problema contattare il venditore per la restituzione secondo le norme del diritto di recesso e solo per malfunzionamenti non dichiarati. Chiunque si aggiudichi asta anche l'utente piu' meritevole e positivo e chieda il contrassegno dopo la chiusura, esso verra' irrimediabilmente rifiutato! (chiedetelo prima!noi vi diremo se lo facciamo oppure no!)...pena rilascio di feedback negativo. Quindi per evitare problemi vi ricordiamo di chiedere prima dell'effettuaione dell'offerta! In caso di pu' acquisti è possibile unica spedizione nei limiti di sagoma e peso e comunque fino a non piu' di 3 aste differenti (sempre che non siano a rischio di danneggiamento per l'invio in unica spedizione, pertanto dovete sempre chiedere prima di farel'offerta se e' possibile l'accorpamento!). le aste che propongono 4 oggetti assieme valgono come un oggetto! (chiedere sempre prima di fare l'offerta se e' possibile accorpare piu' oggetti in unica spedizione e leggere sotto nel dettaglio le condizioni di vendita.)(per piu' di tre oggetti acquistati nei limiti di ingobro da aggiungersi 3 euro per materiale di imballo aggiuntivo e scattola maggiore. Esempio: vi aggiudicate 3 aste, una che riguarda 3 oggetti insieme e le altre due che riguardano un oggetto per asta; in questo caso si possono inviare in unica spedizione, se ovvio, l'accorpamento e' possibile per peso, sagoma e perche' il materiale non e' a rischio di danneggiamento, per questo contattateci prima di fare l'offerta e bisognera' aggiungere al costo previsto indicato in asta eur. 3 totali) Per alcuni oggetti non è però possibile il raggruppamento (ad esempio per i monitor o stampanti ) se vi aggiudicate 4 aste si dovranno invece fare due spedizoni differenti a prescindere dal numero di oggetti (sempre se possono essere accorpati in due spedizioni , perche ad esempio, 4 aste per 1 monitor ciascuna, o i stampante per ogni asta non possono essere accorpati e bisognera' invece fare 4 spedizioni differenti! quindi chiedete prima di far le offerte!!! se vi aggiudicate 8 aste ci saranno 4 spedizioni differenti e cosi' via!...Fate offerte solo se intenzionati all'acquisto e le condizioni riportate in annuncio non sono derogabili (si devono rispettare tutte le condizioni sia sopra che sotto, nonche' le spese di spedizione menzionate ed i modi di spedizione ed accorpamento non sono contrattabili, altrimenti non fate offerte!) a parte comunicazione email per concordare eventuali condizioni prima di fare l'offerta (ad esempio per la consegna a mano, la si fa solo se prima mi informate di questa vostra volonta' e non dopo che vi aggiudicate l'asta!stessa cosa per eventuali sconti sulle spedizioni) buona asta a tutti. FARE OFFERTE SOLO SE ACCETTATE LE CONDIZIONI IN ANNUNCIO E SEGUENTI!

- Le offerte effettuate su eBay sono da considerarsi un impegno formale all'acquisto e alla piena accettazione delle condizioni di vendita che seguono. Non fate offerte se non siete intenzionati seriamente a concludere la transazione.
- Eventuali richieste di chiarimenti ed informazioni sugli oggetti in vendita dovranno essere presentate PRIMA di fare un'offerta. Nei limiti del possibile provvederemo a rispondere alle vostre e-mail entro poche ore.
- L'eventuale ritiro di un'offerta fatta per errore dovrà essere effettuata tramite le procedure di eBay PRIMA della conclusione dell'asta.
- Il vincitore dell'asta riceverà in brevissimo tempo un'e-mail di notifica con le informazioni necessarie per il pagamento che dovrà essere effettuato entro 2 giorni dalla chiusura dell'inserzione. (salvo impedimenti ragionevolmente comprensibili e comunque siamo disponibili anche a pagamenti entro i 10 gg. successivi alla chiusura del’asta purchè ci comunichiate questa vostra scelta entro 2 giorni dalla chiusura dell’asta. (il contatto tra venditore ed acquirente è fondamentale ed evita incomprensioni, quindi contattateci per qualsiasi problema.)
- Se non riceveremo vostre notizie, vostri contatti entro le 48 ore provvederemo a mandarvi una richiesta tramite ebay, trascorse altre 48 ore provvederemo a inoltrare la procedura ad ebay con conseguente segnalazione offerente non pagante.
- Trascorso tale termine seguiremo le procedure per gli offerenti non paganti previste dal regolamento di eBay, per ottenere il rimborso delle commissioni di vendita, e in mancanza di giustificazioni plausibili rilasceremo un feedback negativo (Si ricorda che il regolamento di eBay prevede la sospensione dell' account per "offerente non pagante").
- Il vincitore dell'asta è tenuto (ove non effettui altri tipi di comunicazione) a completare al più presto il Checkpoint di eBay inserendo i propri dati completi per la spedizione e la scelta del metodo di pagamento desiderato. Tenete presente che i dati inseriti nel checkpoint verranno automaticamente stampati nelle etichette di spedizione (o utilizzati per la spedizione), pertanto fate attenzione a non immettere qualche dato errato.
- Il ritiro diretto o consegna a mano, con conseguente risparmio delle spese di imballo e spedizione, è possibile solo e SOLTANTO se prima di fare l’offerta ci avvisiate di questa vostra scelta, e qualora noi vi risponderemmo affermativamente (a causa di impegni di lavoro in tutta l’isola non sempre possiamo garantire la consegna a mano; per questo motivo è obbligatorio che ci informiate prima dell’offerta e riceviate da noi una risposta affermativa per la consegna) In caso ci sia la nostra disponibilità per la consegna a mano (non e’ un obbligo da parte nostra accettare le consegne a mano anche se siete a 5 km. da noi!) il vincitore dovrà comunicarci un proprio recapito telefonico per definire i dettagli del ritiro.
- Alla ricezione del pagamento il vincitore riceverà un'e-mail di conferma automatica.
- La spedizione viene effettuata solitamente 3/4 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento., ed in casi particolari di utenti altamente positivi entro le 48 ore. Alla spedizione del pacco invieremo un'ulteriore e-mail di notifica. (Si spedisce solo a pagamento ricevuto, a prescidere dall'invio di C.R.O. o simili. Nel caso di pagamento con assegni o bollettini postali, bisogna attendere la valuta bancaria “gorni banca”)
- L'eventuale feedback rilasciato dall'acquirente verrà ricambiato nel giro di pochi giorni.
- L’abuso di feedback (feedback negativo con motivazione non veritiere o che diffamano) è punito da ebay! Noi manteniamo nei database tutta la corrispondenza elettronica al fine di comprovare la nostra posizione ad ebay. Evitate quindi di rilasciare un feedback negativo se siete in torto. (i feedback di “vendetta” non sono tollerati da ebay e sono puniti con l’ammonizione e cancellazione!).
- L’eventuale contrassegno puo’ essere eseguito solo ad utenti con feedback positivi da +4 in su (non inferiori a +4) e solo previa vostra richiesta prima di fare l’offerta e nostro eventuale consenso. (se avete+4 potete chiedere il contrassegno prima di fare l'offerta, e noi dobbiamo dare il nostro consenso al contrassegno, e comunque i costi di spedizione inseriti non comprendono il contrassegno che dovrà essere aggiunto secondo le tariffe postali)

(salvo particolari casi descritti in queste “condizioni di vendita” ed in questo caso sono da aggiungersi i costi del diritto di contrassegno al momento della spedizione e del diritto di incasso assegno al momento del ritiro assegno cioe’ circa 5 euro come si può controllare su poste.it (e’ anche molto oneroso purtroppo!)
DIRITTO DI RECESSO
- Il diritto di recesso si può esercitare entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento del materiale e dovrà esserci notificato tramite e-mail o fax (seguito da raccomandata a.r.) o tramite sola raccomandata a.r. prima della restituzione dell'oggetto acquistato che dovrà pervenirci nelle stesse condizioni originali,(secondo la normativa in vigore) e non oltre i 15 gg. dal ricevimento da parte vostra della spedizione. (l'oggetto andra' reso al mittente entro 15 gg. dal ricevimento della spedizione e previo invio della raccomandata a.r.
- Nel caso di lotti di materiale assortito, essi dovranno essere resi integralmente: non si accettano restituzioni parziali.
- Le spese di reso sono a totale carico del Cliente. Il rimborso verrà effettuato, al netto delle spese di imballo e spedizione pagate, dopo la verifica dell'integrità del materiale. (Nel caso di monitor o computer, sono presenti sigilli interni al case, ed esterni che se aperti vengono strappati, ed inoltre sui computer, son presenti password di accesso al bios che solo noi conosciamo e che per annullare arbitrariamente si rende necessario sempre l'apertura del case. Queste violazioni fanno decadere il diritto di recesso!) Per ogni altra informazione sul receso si fa riferimento alla normativa in vigore.
- Per il materiale venduto come “non testato o non funzionante” il diritto di recesso non opera. (vedi Legge Recesso)
GARANZIE
- I prodotti sono generalmente venduti nello stato in cui si trovano ("As is") e nelle precise condizioni descritte nell'inserzione, senza una specifica garanzia nel tempo.
- Per alcuni oggetti sono espressamente indicati nell'inserzione i termini di garanzia. In caso di guasto entro tale periodo l'acquirente potrà ottenere la sostituzione con un prodotto uguale o di valore equivalente.
- Nel caso in cui l'oggetto sia inviato con assicurazione postale in convenzione (controllare bene in asta in quanto per alcuni oggetti essa e' obbligatoria (cio' significa che in questo caso, cioe' quando e' obbligatoria, si paga oltre ai costi indicati anche i costi di assicurazione previsti e riportati in ogni asta, ed e' comunque sempre facoltativa per altri oggetti per cui non viene esplicitata l'obbligatorieta'), pregasi anche di non distruggere l'imballo originale e di non tentare di aprire o riparare l'oggetto,che nei casi di computer, monitor o hard disk, ed altri, presenta dei sigilli, aperti i quali l'assicurazione decade. Nel caso di monitor o computer, sono presenti sigilli interni al case, ed esterni che se aperti vengono strappati, ed inoltre sui computer, son presenti password di accesso al bios che solo noi conosciamo e che per annullare arbitrariamente si rende necessario sempre l'apertura del case. Queste violazioni fanno decadere la garanzia. Solo successivamente alla vostra conferma di oggetto non danneggiato tali blocchi o sigilli potranno essere tolti. Nel caso poi di evidenti manomissioni del pacco al momento della consegna, (in pratica vi arriva aperto o piu' leggero del peso dichiarato dal corriere al momento dell'invio) si prega di voler ritirare il pacco, ma prima di firmare la ricevuta di consegna di far apporre sempre una dicitura simile: "spedizione postale consegnata con evidenti segni di manomissione o di peso inferiore rispetto al momento dell'invio". (che possono anche essere esplicitamene elencati) Solo rispettando queste poche condizioni la garanzia non decade, e successivamente alla vostra eventuale comunicazione di danneggiamento tramite e-mail, potrete secondo le nostre direttive, rinviarci l'oggetto nello stesso imballo, con metodo da voi scelto (purche' documentabile) per poter avviare la pratica di reclamo. Succesivamente al ricevimento dell'oggetto da parte nostra, dovrete sempre farci pervenire dichiarazione scritta alle coordinate che invieremo dove documentate il fatto. (Tutto questo e' previsto dalle nostre convenzioni di garanzia; non siamo noi a decidere queste condizioni.)
RICHIESTE di INFORMAZIONI
- Le richieste di informazioni e chiarimenti vengono evase solitamente nel giro di poche ore negli orari d'ufficio.(solitamente dalle 15.00 alle 18.00) Nei limiti del possibile cercheremo sempre di fornire le risposte prima della conclusione dell'asta.
- Vi raccomandiamo di leggere attentamente la descrizione dell'oggetto e queste condizioni che fanno parte dell’asta e non sono derogabili. (ad esempio se volete la consegna a mano prima di fare l’offerta informateci, noi vi diremo se e’ possibile, se vi rispondiamo che non è fattibile non fate l’offerta per poi chiederci per forza la consegna a mano!) Ricordatevi che un'acquisto effettuato su eBay offre all'acquirente molte più garanzie rispetto ad una vendita diretta.
COSTI DI SPEDIZIONE
- Le spese sono indicate in ogni singola asta e comprendono sia i costi di spedizione (generalmente tramite Pacco ordinario in convenzione) che quelli di imballo (materiali quali scattole, carta postale, nastro adesivo, materiale di imballo ed antiurto, convenzioni di giacenza corrieri che noi paghiamo per ogni oggetto, ecc… e manodopera per il confezionamento). Tali costi sono accuratamente calcolati per garantire la massima protezione dell'oggetto spedito e non sono oggetto di trattativa (ammontano sempre, nel caso di pacco ordinario in convenzione, a 13 euro) in quanto costituiscono un costo vivo per il quale ne richiediamo il semplice rimborso.In caso di invii con imballi fuori sagoma con lunghezza superiore al metro il costo e' di 26 eur.in questo caso quindi si rende necessario per farvi risparmiare, l'invio con corriere espresso 48-72 ore, al costo di 15 eur.Quando possibile e quando noi lo riterremo fattibile e sicuro possono essere eseguiti (a seconda degli oggetti) invii con posta raccomandata.in 33 localita' la spedizione viene recapitata sempre con 2 giorni di ritardo rispetto al resto d'Italia Nei casi in cui si può eseguire la spedizione in contrassegno (utenti altamente meritevoli con feedback da +4 in su e che prima di fare l'offerta chiedono se e' possibile l'invio in contrassegno) bisogna aggiungere i diritti che le poste richiedono che sono in totale di 5,16 euro (vedi poste.it)
- Per invii con corrieri espressi particolari o consegne in 24 ore dalla spedizione che espressamente voi ci richiederete ci riserviamo il calcolo successivo delle relative tariffe specifiche che voi pagherete anticipatamente.
- Per invii fuori dall’Italia si utilizza il corriere espresso internazionale con tariffe EMS ed assicurazione EMS obbligatoria, il tutto a vostro carico. (chiedete a quanto ammontano le tariffe che sono notevolemte alte, dai 50 euro circa in su, prima di fare le offerte in questo caso!)
- La merce da noi spedita viaggia a vostro rischio, salvo diversa descrizione in annuncio e compreso il materiale non testato: se l'oggetto acquistato dovesse arrivare danneggiato per causa imputabile non al corriere, vi invieremo un prodotto sostitutivo, previa restituzione del materiale non funzionante secondo la normativa sul recesso. (eccetto il materiale venduto come “non testato o non funzionante”
- L’assicurazione postale è vincolante quando espressamente richiesta in annuncio e comunque e’ sempre facoltativa, sarete voi a decidere se volerla effettuare per qualsiasi oggetto. (le poste in questo caso rispondono integralmente di eventuali danni)
